with a warranty related issue, it is helpful if you have original purchase date,
order number, or the e-mail address that you used to log in to our web-site. The
fastest way to receive warranty service is to click on Return Requests on the
left side of this page and fill out the associated form, providing as much
detail as possible concerning the problem with the product. Again, we want to
take care of your problem fast. Once a product is returned, a representative
will inspect the product for damages and we will contact you with our best
solution. The warranty

12 Month Limited Warranty for
Camp-Right and Pack-Right: Our Pack-Right car top carriers
and accessories and
Camp-Right truck tents are warranted to be free from
manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials for 12 months from the date
of purchase. This Limited Warranty does not apply
to ordinary wear and tear, punctures, damage resulting from regular use abuse, or from
causes other than defects in materials and workmanship, including the improper modification
of the original product and the failure to follow instructions provided by
Pack-Right, Camp-Right, or Lakeland Gear Inc. properly. Damage to car top carriers resulting from packing the carrier
with sharp objects or from not fully loading the carrier which allows for
excessive flapping and wind damage are not covered by warranty. If any defect in materials or workmanship appears within
the warranty period, Camp-Right or Pack-Right's sole liability shall be to repair or replace
the product at their option. There are no other warranties, which extend
beyond the face hereof. ALL WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY STATE LAW, INCLUDING THE
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE
EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE. LakelandGear.com,
Lakeland Gear Inc., its owners, agents, and dealers are not liable for
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages in connection with the use of our
products. No person, agent, distributor, dealer, or company is authorized to
change, modify or extend the terms of this warranty in any manner whatsoever.

attachment of any products purchased from Lakeland Gear Inc. to a vehicle is
critical and beyond the control of Lakeland Gear Inc., its owners, agents, and
dealers. Lakeland Gear Inc. and its owners, agents, and dealers are NOT
responsible or liable for any damage resulting from a product's incorrect
attachment to a vehicle, improper use, or the incorrect placement of items
inside or outside the product. The liability of the product is limited to it's purchase price if it proves to be defective in material and/or workmanship.
