Swagman's XP 2 tire mount rack is designed for use on a vehicle with a rear spare tire carrier. Easy to use individual, rotating cradles
allow you to keep your bike's wheels level with the ground for greater ground
clearance. A quick release locking knob is standard to prevent theft.
All models are made of the highest quality materials, including Swagman's unique Kraton "gripper" cradles
which accommodate up to a 2" frame tube. These cradles have extremely soft cushioned
vinyl which is grooved for cables, providing a scratch free ride for your bike
while holding it securely in place. Generous spacing between the cradles
allows for easy loading and safe separation between the bikes.
New universal backing plate works with most vehicles.
WILL NOT work with 2007 Rav4, Isuzu, Hummer.
Please check the weight limitations of your vehicles rear tire bracket. Note: some vehicles like Honda CRV have spare tires mounted to the side. You can usually remove your front bike tire and mount the bike to the "short side" to minimize any overhang.
