Steelcore, car top, cargo, two part locking security straps. Changeable strap ends with adjusting buckles, that allow you to attach them to any tie-down hardware you choose such as hooks(moto-style). Or you can leave the end hardware off and attach them directly to any rack, making them a rack carrier. This is a two part locking system, with one strap locking into the other. At the ends, they come with hooks. You can use the hooks on your luggage carrier or take the hooks off and loop straps around the carrier bars.

For security the strap ends can't be undone when the straps are locked and tightened to the load and racks. Attaches to any rack without dissassembly, including large diameter racks like Hummer Acura MDX, and Xterra.
