The Surco Universal Hitch Extender is used to get your receiver hitch past spare tires, large bumpers, and any obstructions on the back of your vehicle. Simply insert the adapter into your receiver hitch and your bike rack, hitch cargo carrier, or hitch cargo rack into the adapter.
