Here is what you can expect to receive.  Units used for rental, in very good shape with maybe a few bug spots on them.  Brand new product returns, maybe with a few dog hairs on it.  Brand new units but with a discontinued color.  Factory second items, maybe a tent that had a missing pole pocket and we sewed on a replacement.  All products work great and we offer our standard return and refund policy.  90 day warranty on specials.

What you get is what you get.  If we offer two colors you may make a request in the comments section of the order form. Products come complete with all straps etc.  Due to limited supply and our rapid order system inventory may change before we get to your order.  So we can not guarantee we'll meet your request.  If you must have something a particular way, please order a new unit.
