The roof top carrier includes the Car Clip Strap Set which allows it to be attached to the vehicle's door frame. Perfect for vehicles without a roof rack. Just like its bigger brothers, the Sport Jr. features the innovative ZipRight zipper system, a urethane coated zipper located on the protective flap to keep rain out.  Please see the diagram that shows this feature in the additional photos above.

The Sport Jr. is aerodynamically designed to cut the wind (13" high in front and 16" high in back) which saves $$$ at the gas pump.  The cargo bag is constructed of 600D Hydrotuff material, a UV resistant, waterproof PVC backed polyester.  The ZipRight zipper unzips 3/4 of the way around the car carrier to provide an easy loading opening.

Attach the Sport Jr. Car Top Carrier In One Of Three Ways:

1.  Use the included Car Clip Strap Set to strap over the roof top carrier and clip onto an available ledge (in most cases under the weather stripping) inside the vehicle's door frame.  See the Car Clip Strap Set link to learn more.

2.  Remove the clips from the ends of the straps. Run the straps over the car roof carrier, through the open vehicle door, across the inside roof and around to the other side. This option would be chosen if your vehicle's door frame does not have an available ledge for the Car Clip Strap Set.  See the Sport Car Top Carrier Set Up Guide to learn more.

3. If using the roof top carrier on a larger vehicle with a roof rack, first remove the clips from the ends of the straps.  Then, attach the 2 straps to the roof rack, either front to back or side to side.  See the Sport Car Top Carrier Set Up Guide to learn more.

This is an awesome bag. We ordered it just in time for the trip to Florida we just took and it really saved the day. There's no way we could have fit everything in our little sedan. This was quick to put on, it fit everything we needed and I don't think it affected our gas mileage one bit!
