Bikes may be mounted in racks by clamping both wheels, by clamping the top tube, by taking off the front wheel and clamping onto the front dropouts, and by clamping onto the down tube. You may also lock your bike to the rack (many racks have built in locks standard) and lock your rack to the vehicle for security.
