LakelandGear will make every effort to get you the right product for your needs up front.  We provide detailed descriptions, product information pages, photos, and support via phone, and e-mail.  If you would like to initiate a return, please fill in the form below.  We will then coordinate your return, following the return policy of the individual product's manufacturer.

If you have met the conditions of our general return policy below, you will receive an email with a Return Authorization number and instructions. We accept new, unused products up to 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, all sales are final.

Return Policy
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase.
  • Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee.
  • All items must be returned in the original containers.
  • Items must be in brand new condition, not used on a trip.
  • We must follow the return policy of each product's manufacturer.
  • Returns must include your receipt or packing slip/RA number on the shipping label.
  • Shipping charges are not refunded.
  • We suggest that you track your return shipment.
