If you have questions prior to purchase, contact us. Initiate a return using the form below. Meeting the conditions, you will receive an email with RA number and instructions. We accept new, unused products within 15 days of receipt. After 30 days all sales final. See our policies below.

Return Policy
  • Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
  • Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee.
  • All items must be returned in the original containers.
  • Items must be in new condition, not used on a trip.
  • Some vendors have different policies we must follow.
  • Vendors including but not limited to Napier Truck Tents and Keystone (rooftop boxes) will charge up to 25% restocking fee should you elect to return their product for any reason..
  • Returns must include receipt or packing slip including your name, address and Lakeland information, and have the Return Authorization number on shipping label.
  • Shipping charges are not refunded.
  • We suggest you track your return shipment.
